Tina Tucker brings over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry, and holds a Life & Health license. She is a designated Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) and Certified Benefit Consultant (CBC). Within her first 16 years in the business she worked in both the small and large group markets managing the service side of employee benefits.  She worked for many carriers, both fully insured and self-funded, these included Lincoln National, Great West/Cigna and Humana. When she joined The Insurance Exchange in 1996 she supervised our account management team. Tina now holds the position of Vice President and continues to manage an account management team. Her vast experience in service management provides her exceptional insight into how to best assist her clients. Tina has proven skills in analyzing a company’s health care objective and needs. Having worked with hundreds of employers in various industries to establish efficient, cost-effective health care plans, she is an expert in the design of both fully insured and partially self-funded benefit programs that control costs and enhance health care management. Her portfolio of current clients includes some well-established employers in this region in the following industries: Government Contractors, Technology, Not-for-Profit Organizations, Association Headquarters, Construction, and a wide array of For Profit Companies.
