General Liability
Provides coverage for damages you are legally obligated to pay because of bodily injury or property damage caused by an occurrence and arising out of your ownership, maintenance or use of your premises or operations.
It also provides, unless excluded, coverage for bodily injury or property damage caused by your products after you have relinquished possession to others or from your operations after they have been completed.

Property
Business Personal Property – Covers your property, contents, and stock usual to your business, other than buildings and property of others in your care, custody and control while at your place of business. The amount of coverage will be based on the value of your business property.
In the event of a loss, settlement will be made on the basis of the replacement cost of the property, and no deduction for depreciation will apply.
Your property will be insured under the Special Form which insures your property for damage resulting from direct physical loss to covered property subject to the normal exclusions of perils such as, but not limited to: earthquake, flood, wear and tear, mechanical breakdown, and employee dishonesty.
Business Income and Extra Expense
Business Income– Covered for Actual Loss Sustained
Covers loss of net income (net profit or loss before income taxes) that would have been earned or incurred and continuing normal operating expenses, including payroll sustained due to the necessary suspending of operations during the period of restoration. Suspension must be caused by direct physical loss of, or damage to, property at the premises described in the declarations, caused by or resulting from any covered cause of loss.
Extra Expense – Covered for Actual Loss Sustained
Pays the actual cost of expenses that exceed normal expenses and are undertaken to keep the enterprise in operation during a period of restoration after a covered loss.
